Opal Beach Wedding Packages
Opal Beach
Beach Accessibility & Setup Notice
Please be aware that many beach locations have a wide distance from the boardwalk to the setup area. Walking through soft sand can be difficult for guests with mobility concerns, elderly guests, or anyone who has trouble walking long distances on the beach.
If needed, we recommend arranging a beach wheelchair rental in advance for easier access.
You can contact Lazy Days Beach Rentals, or Beach Power Rentals here.
Please also note that no beach locations allow us to set up directly next to the boardwalk. These rules are in place to prevent blocking pedestrian traffic and to allow access for emergency vehicles and beach personnel.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning ahead to ensure all guests are comfortable and able to enjoy the event.

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions at Opal Beach
Opal Beach sits inside Gulf Islands National Seashore on Santa Rosa Island, a federally protected stretch of coastline between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. Because it's part of the national seashore, there's no commercial development, no beach vendors, and far fewer crowds than you'd find at most Gulf Coast wedding locations. The water is the same vivid emerald-green, the sand is just as fine and white — the setting just feels more private.
We've been coordinating ceremonies here for years. Our all-inclusive packages cover everything: photography, a floral bouquet and boutonniere, a licensed officiant, a decorated arch, ceremony music, and full setup and breakdown. One price, no vendor juggling, no hidden fees.
Opal Beach is one of our most requested locations for elopements and intimate ceremonies. The natural seclusion of the national seashore means your ceremony feels like yours — not like one of several happening within earshot down the beach.
A few things to know before you book: a $150 beach wedding permit is required, and the park charges a $25 per car entrance fee for all guests and vendors. We handle the permit. The entrance fee is paid at the gate on the day of your event.

The water is the same vivid emerald-green, the sand is just as white — but the setting feels more private and natural. It's a particularly good fit for couples who want a quiet, uncrowded ceremony without traveling far from the Pensacola area.
