Alabama and Florida Beach Weddings

Pre-Wedding Preparation:

We're so excited to be part of your wedding journey! Here's everything you need to know to make sure your experience is seamless from start to finish.

Get your marriage license.

  • Getting married in Alabama? Alabama Marriage License

Alabama marriage license doesn't require you to go to the courthouse. All you need is to notarize this  form. Bring it with you on your wedding day and we will notarize it for FREE.

  • Getting married in Florida? Florida Marriage License

Complete your questionnaires.
We'll be sending you a couple of planning questionnaires before your wedding. These are due 30 days before your ceremony, but feel free to submit them as soon as you have the information — the earlier we can start planning, the better!

Submit your final balance.
Your final balance is due 30 days before the wedding. We accept check or credit card, whichever is most convenient. You're also welcome to make payments at any time by logging into your client portal and viewing your invoice.

A few more things to do before the big day:

Venue
We can come to you if you're renting a beach house — just send us the address as soon as possible. Otherwise, we'll meet you at one of our public beach locations.

Wedding Day

Pure fun, joy, and memories you'll never forget. 🎉

Arriving at the Beach
All guests, the groom, and all bridal party members should head straight to the beach upon arrival. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony time — this gives us time to sign the marriage license and get the bridal party lined up and ready.

The bride and whoever is walking her down the aisle are welcome to wait in the car until it's time. We'll come to escort her to the ceremony.

After the Wedding

Your photos will be posted to a private online gallery for viewing and downloading approximately 7 weeks after your wedding day.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions — we're here every step of the way!
