Beach Accessibility & Setup Notice
Please be aware that many beach locations have a wide distance from the boardwalk to the setup area. Walking through soft sand can be difficult for guests with mobility concerns, elderly guests, or anyone who has trouble walking long distances on the beach.
If needed, we recommend arranging a beach wheelchair rental in advance for easier access.

Please also note that no beach locations allow us to set up directly next to the boardwalk. These rules are in place to prevent blocking pedestrian traffic and to allow access for emergency vehicles and beach personnel.

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions at Navarre Beach
Navarre Beach Marine Park is the ceremony location — a public park on Santa Rosa Island in Santa Rosa County, open free of charge from dawn until dusk daily. No permit required, no entrance fee. The park sits at the intersection of Gulf Boulevard and Causeway Road; after crossing the bridge onto Navarre Beach, turn left on Gulf Boulevard.
Looking for a reception space? The park has a dozen pavilions with picnic tables available to rent for just $100 — convenient and located right at the ceremony site. The pavilions also work well as a covered backup in case of rain. To reserve one, call Santa Rosa County Parks at 850-981-8900.
Navarre Beach is one of the least crowded destinations on the Gulf Coast, which means your ceremony won't compete with heavy foot traffic or nearby events. The water is the same emerald-green and the sand is just as white as Pensacola Beach — the setting just feels more relaxed and private. It's a strong choice for couples who want a beautiful Gulf Coast wedding without the tourist crowd.
Whats not permited
Navarre Beach enforces guidelines to protect the shoreline and ensure everyone's safety. The following are not permitted at any beach ceremony:
Alcohol or glass containers
Open flames or candles
Balloons, glitter, confetti, or Chinese sky lanterns
Pets
Motorized vehicles on the sand
Foot traffic on or disturbance of the dunes

If you have a backup location in mind, just let us know! We reserve the right to refuse to perform at any location if weather conditions could be unsafe for you, your guests, and our team.
If there is a storm, we can reschedule for the next day or another date that works for everyone. If it rains, we will wait up to one hour for it to stop — and if it doesn't, we can move the wedding to the next day. For light rain, the show goes on — just bring umbrellas! Sometimes we may also adjust your ceremony time to work around the weather, so a little flexibility goes a long way.
